Epoch offers free returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. You can request a refund from your account page. If you do not have an account you can register below to request refund.
Please Note: There are no returns or exchanges on Custom Shaft Collections, Limited Edition Shafts, and Name + Number Shafts as each shaft is custom made for each order. All sales final.
Warranty
The best warranty is one you’ll never need.As the leading lacrosse manufacturer, we’re proud to stand behind our products, even when we’re confident they’ll do just fine on their own. That’s why we provide an industry leading warranty on all products when purchased from an authorized Epoch dealer. Due to Covid we are currently only shipping domestic for warranties.

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our apparel items. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or encounter any problems with your garment other than normal wear and tear, we will happily replace the product within 30 days of original purchase**. Items need to be unworn and in like-new condition to qualify. Please click here to fill out a return/exchange request.

Epoch Lacrosse shafts are warranted to the original owner when purchased from an Authorized Retailer against defects in materials or workmanship under normal game playing conditions typical of the sport of Lacrosse.
If an Epoch Lacrosse shaft fails due to a material or manufacturing defect, we offer a 1-time replacement with the same product of one of similar or higher market value. Epoch will use best efforts to replace custom shafts with “same” or “similar” graphics, however we don’t inventory custom products and cannot guarantee an exact replacement.
Epoch Lacrosse reserves the right to replace discontinued Dragonfly Shafts (Dragonfly 7, Dragonfly 8, Dragonfly 9 etc) purchased at authorized Epoch Retailers with a shaft of similar design and build including but not limited to 2019 Dragonfly Integra (C30 or C60 gray) and or a different color.
*Chips scratches and dents, are to be expected and are not covered under the manufacturers limited warranty. Alloy Shafts (Legend or Mettle) may bend, Slip/Grip is expected to wear and will vary by player to player.
Pockets:Otter Mesh: 3-Months (90 days) from date of purchase
HT Poly Mesh: 3-Months (90 days) from date of purchase
Purpose Ladder: 3-Months (90 days) from date of purchase
Purpose Pro-Pocket: 3-Months (90 days) from date of purchase
Purpose Elite Mesh: 3-Months (90 days) from date of purchase
Purpose Elite Runner: 3-Months (90 days) from date of purchase
Epoch Lacrosse Mesh is warranted to the original owner when purchased from an Authorized Retailer for the period of three (3) months against defects in materials or workmanship under normal game playing conditions typical of the sport of Lacrosse. If an Epoch Lacrosse Pocket fails due to a material or manufacturing defect, we offer a 1-time replacement with the same product of one of similar or higher market value.
If a pre-strung pocket fails, Epoch will replace the pocket only and owner is responsible to have it strung.
Stringing cost and associated expense for stringing, re-stringing is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Please note: Dying, coloring, cutting, adding wax or other foreign substance will void the warranty of all pockets.
Heads:Prequel: 1-Year from date of purchase
Sequel: 1 Year from date of purchase
Z-One: 1-Year from date of purchase
Z-Three: 1-Year from date of purchase
Vision: 6 Months from date of purchase
Purpose: 1-Year from date of purchase
Epoch Lacrosse heads are warranted to the original owner when purchased from an Authorized Retailer for the period of one year against defects in materials or workmanship under normal game playing conditions typical of the sport of Lacrosse. Heads modified intentionally by means such as, but not limited to; pinching, baking, bending, drilling, excessive flexing or other deliberate misuse are NOT covered by warranty.
If an Epoch Lacrosse head fails due to a material or manufacturing defect, we offer a 1-time replacement with the same product or one of similar or higher market value.
Epoch will use best efforts to replace “colored” heads with the same or similar color, however we cannot guarantee an exact replacement.
Epoch embraces creativity and appreciated artistry, dying your Epoch head does not void its warranty.

Epoch Lacrosse Integra Protective equipment is warranted to the original owner when purchased from an Authorized Retailer for the period of THIRTY (30) DAYS against defects (i.e. Stitching, material flaws) in materials or workmanship under normal game playing conditions typical of the sport of Lacrosse. If an Epoch Lacrosse Integra Protective equipment product fails due to a material or manufacturing defect, we offer a ONE (1) TIME replacement with the same product or one of similar or higher market value. Normal wear and tear can be expected and is not covered under warranty.
Epoch will use best efforts to replace custom protective equipment with “same” or “similar” graphics, however we don’t inventory custom products and cannot guarantee an exact replacement. Epoch reserves the right to replace “custom” gear with stock product of equal or greater value.
