First Place Finishes Only: Matt Rambo's PLL Career So Far
It was another winning season for Whipsnakes attackman and Epoch Athlete Matt Rambo – in more ways than one.
First and foremost, a competitive Sunday afternoon match-up against the Chaos saw the Whips crowned back-to-back champions. The 12-6 victory was not without its up and downs, but Rambo and his Whipsnakes put on an offensive clinic in the fourth quarter to change the momentum and secure the crown for the second straight year.
But Rambo also finished Sunday with some impressive individual accolades. He led the league in both points (25) and assists (18) in Group Play games, helping the Whipsnakes to an undefeated season. And this isn’t the first time Rambo has done this either – Rambo also led the league in points and assists during the 2019 PLL season, recording 42 and 23 respectively.
If there’s one thing that the past two PLL seasons have shown us, it’s that Matt Rambo is one of the biggest offensive threats out there. Epoch is proud to help him perform by providing him with the best gear on the market, including the innovative Z-One head. And we know Rambo’s just getting started.
